The main focus of our Operational Excellence program is to provide premier customer service and offer the best value to all of our customers.

Our first priority is developing a culture of Continuous Improvement to ensure problems are identified and solved in the earliest and the most efficient way possible. Shop floor metrics and formal Six Sigma training of our Team Members allow us to implement data driven problem solving using standardized Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodology. We are also very focused on utilizing visual tools such as Work Instructions and scorecards throughout the company to make sure we have the most effective, efficient and repeatable processes possible.

All Team Members are using Lean improvement tools such as 6S, Poka Yoke, Heijunka, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, VSM and Kanban to stabilize and standardize our manufacturing and business processes. We use flow and pull tools and techniques to reduce our lead time with the goal of delivering perfect quality 100% on time with the best possible value.
